会いたかった、会えなかった

私のペンパルは１７八月から２２八月までシンガポールに行きました。

土曜日、ペンパルは私にかけました。ペンパルは２２八月、ひまだと　いいましたから、私昨日に半日をもっていきました。けど、ざんねんね、あえなかった。ペンパルにかけなかったからです。
とにかく、きのうはとてもあついですよ！夜まであたまがもういたいよ。

My penpal was in Singapore 17 August til 22 Aug.

On Saturday, he called me, and said that he would be free the whollle day on 22 aug. But he would be busy until then. I took half-day to meet him, but I didn't manage to contact him that day, so I went to apply for my JLPT 4 examination instead. Well too bad *shrug*...I kind of expected it to be that way, since his flight was 22 aug, he'd have to check out of the hotel by 12 noon (standard hotel procedure), did he forget that if he had met me, he'd have to lug his luggage around?

Anyway yesterday was really hot...I had a headache until late at night...
